The Concord Northside

I have been living at the Concord for two years, and I really enjoy it! It’s been zombie free- free since 2023. The location is super convenient-very close to my job-and my apartment stays nice and cool, which I appreciate during the summer. No complaints! Ms. Marcy does a great job!

I love my apartment and building. Management is great. I love Ms. Marcy she is the best. She gets things done.

I applied in October 2022 and my income was over the threshold. Per the application and management I would receive the $100 deposit in 2 weeks. It’s January 2023 and after numerous calls (very rude manager), emails, etc I feel the need to report to the housing authority, small claims court, and Better Business Bureau to get my money.
