The Commons on Ludlow

I would like to say BIG THANK YOU to the maintenance team at the Commons on Ludlow for the efficient and prompt response and excellent technical maintenance skills. I just move in recently and found the air con system is not functioning. I immediately contact Bill, the manager of the Commons on Ludlow and he immediately lined me up with the technician Cory and the Air Con specialist Faddy. Although they cant fix it on Day 1, they immediately provided a portable air con for me to overcome the heat. They came and helped me fix the air con in the early morning on Day 2. I am really impressed by the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance services at The Commons On Ludlow. I strongly recommend students who is going to study at The University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) to stay in this Apartme

These apartments aren’t made for lifetime Philadelphia residents; designed for out of towners and gentrifiers. Center City prices in a working class neighborhood. Cheap, generic, copy and paste units. There won’t be a Philadelphia left in 5-10 years.

I just moved in and the place is very nice and clean. Management is decently responsive. Overall amazing place to live.
