I went to call to ask about their monthly fees. When I said I hope you’re having a good day the lady hung up on me. Seems like they really don’t care about new tenants I can only imagine how they treat you once you are a tenant. There are many other options!

I was so thankful to finally be approved and move into my new home. The water heater room was locked which I thought was weird, but I was just too excited to think too much about it. 2 days later and I finally got into the closet and there a multiple holes in the wall. They sold me this apartment as “renovated” I’ve been seeing baby roaches everywhere and I am absolutely terrified in my own home, now with no where else to go. Continuous misinformation and mishandle of all paperwork from beginning to end. Horrible management and no one talks to anyone in the office and you as the tenant are being held accountable to their mistakes. I was charged for pet rent for the last two months of my lease and was told I needed to pay the pet deposit. The deposit was paid however they used the funds for rent when it was specifically for the deposit.

My wife and I have been living in the Commons for about 2 years. We just renewed our lease and could not be happier. Cost and budgeting has always been important to us because we are a young couple. When it was time to renew, everyone in the office went out of their way to help us keep the rent the same because of our budget. The Commons is not only affordable, it is also very quiet, safe, clean and it is near various plaza. What I like the most is the fact that management keeps the Area clean, the trash bins are always clean too. I have not seen any chaotic trash bins. Neighbors keep to themselves but are very friendly. I have not had any major pest problems. As long as you clean up, keep the apartment at a cool temperature. Things will work out. Don’t leave any sugary items out beca

Would give zero stars if I could. Move in March 1 of this year had nothing but cockroaches and bugs the four months that I was living there and anytime that I brought the issue up to property manager they would just brush it off like it was nothing and secondly AC units in this apartment complex do not work. They break down on a Friday afternoon and then you’re sitting in your apartment all weekend long at 81° until they finally get their act together and get an actual company in there to fix the AC a week later. Save your money. Don’t move to this complex go somewhere else.
