The Commons at Town Center

I was very impressed how Kwon explained step by step in a way I understood clearly. And how his professional approach and attitude was greatly appreciated. It was a pleasure to have a Kwon preform his duties in my home.

Rented here from 2019 to 2022. At first it seemed nice but after moving in I noticed the carpet had not been replaced as we were told, it had been cleaned. I had just had a baby so new carpet was the reason we selected the unit but once we moved in we could smell the dog smell heavy. We had to deep clean the carpet twice before moving completely in. When spring approached we found we had pest issues. The place had termites and skinks (small lizards that shed their tail if caught using a sticky trap) they would come in through the fireplace. And one year we had mice extremely bad (during Covid & restaurant shutdowns so we understood), but The pest control company they used were very subpar we ended up getting rid of the mice ourselves and asked for them to just come seal any entry points. T

I didn’t get a chance to stay here but over the course of a week I’ve been dealing with Kristen, and she was top notch helping me find exactly what was needed an showing me certain details about the property before making my final decision. You can’t please everyone but at least she gave it an honest try and it was appreciated.
