I received a call this morning that they are honoring my referral bonus. I believe I listened to the message wrong that Veronica left me on my voicemail. I thought it said I was denied when in fact she was waiting on a confirmation. I apologize for the 1 star for that but have since switched to 5 star. Veronica, Patty, and Taylor have been really good to me and I do appreciate Veronica's and Taylor's follow up call this morning. Thank you again for assisting me with this. It is much appreciated 👏

We lived there al most 12 years. I have to say that the staff there now is the best. Veronica and Patty are great to work with. They are always pleasant to talk to and they get you issue resolved in a timely manner. The current maintenance staff is also great. The apartments are getting a little old, but as tenants move out they get upgraded. I would recommend the Commons to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

Lived here for a year, and would move back in a heartbeat if 1, there was a dog park area; 2, if the carpet had been replaced prior to our move-in (it was clean, but in poor condition); and 3, if rent were more affordable (which, honestly, is an issue everywhere at this point). Office staff were friendly, and Patty was always very responsive whenever we had questions, maintenance requests, etc. Units and complex as a whole are nicely appointed, clean, and quiet. Good amenities. I really miss living here!
