The Colony is a great place to live! My husband and I have been living here for two years and we plan to re-lease again. No complaints and no problems! Pet-friendly is a plus for us! They keep the neighborhood looking good, the grass is cut often and the street always looks nice! We enjoy sitting on our back patio and appreciate that they maintain the property well. No major maintenance issues; minor issues are addressed immediately. Great place to live!!

My wife and I have been living here for almost two years and have zero complaints. Management at The Colony on McCord road is exceptional, as they are accommodating and friendly. The whole experience has been phenomenal, and love living here. The grounds are well maintained, and the grass is cut regularly, and snow removed promptly. The units are spacious and welcoming, along with all the great neighbors that wave and smile every time you pass. Lastly, the maintenance guy is very knowledgeable and friendly as well and comes as soon as An issue arises.

Very Polite caring staff. The Apartments are like condos very nicely configured and spacious. The unit itself is updated to feel like upscale living at an affordable price. II also feel safe, secure and would confidently refer The Colony Residential living to anyone. Stop by and see yourself.

Welcome Home! I have lived at The Colony since it opened in 2014 and love it here! The friendly and professional office staff and maintenance team are very accommodating and attentive to questions and concerns. The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are friendly and there is easy access to many of the community and cultural opportunities in the area. Just outside the heartbeat of Sylvania and Toledo, I highly recommend The Colony as your place to call home!

We have had a wonderful experience at The Colony. It is a quiet neighborhood and the staff has been very friendly. Our situation was unique and they worked to meet our needs. The unit was nice and clean and we had no problems during our rental period.
