I love how the community is integrated with the ski resort, with ski trails weaving under and over the access roads to the residences. I'd love to return in the winter and ski these labyrinths of ski trail tunnels and bridges. Gorgeous views in the summer time.

It's a rich human colony, but don't worry, most these sick people only live in their 'modestly' sized homes part of the year, or are used as corporate retreats. It's so great to have gated communities in the ghetto of Park City, it really gives a sense of community and makes rich people feel safe from the local riffraff. I'm sure all the locals are happy that we have have this gated elitist community in place of the pristine aspen forests that once stood. Let the homes built on top of Iron mountain ridgeline be a constant reminder of the presence of the superior class of human that sometime reside here.

Private gated community for the super wealthy. Don't expect to drive up there if you aren't staying there.

This is the most beautiful gated community in Park City. They also have the most Sol-Ice hydronic roof melt systems to combat ice dams in the state!
