The Colony at The Oaks Apartments

Shawn was absolutely AMAZING. He made me feel at home and educated me on the property and policies. He has an outstanding and welcoming personality that makes you want to talk to him for hours. The tour was awesome and I loved the unit I saw. I would love to live here in the future.

I have been here over a year now and still LOVE it!!! It will be hard for me to move, Jessica in office always goes above and beyond to make sure my maintenance issues are addressed and is always so kind! Also the property itself is beautiful! The grounds look amazing!!! Highly recommend you moving here if you are looking for an apartment!

It was clear when I moved in that the apartment had previous water issues but they looked like they had been addressed to some extent and there wasn’t any evidence of anything actively having issues so I didn’t mention anything. It was maybe 6mo into being a tenant that I experienced issues with water. Started with a bubble of water behind the paint on the wall above my shower and all they did was spackle and paint over the issue. It happened again a few months later along with my ceiling above my shower showing signs of mold/mildew and dripping water on occasion. They’ve assured me on two occasions that they found the source of the water leak but again there was water behind the paint creating a bubble in the same exact spot it had previous times and the ceiling was leaking water again. T

Maintenance guys were amazing and have come within an hour after each request. They were both so nice and fixed anything we had troubles with. Shawn the guy who I talked to about my lease was so nice and amazing! I’m really happy with my move here!

Not at all Luxury, barely minimum. Like a lot of places, they show you a nice office and some hand picked pictures to get you to sign the contract then it’s a mess. Terrible maintenance, horrible customer service, hidden fees and gotcha charges galore, and just a poor experience all around. The new front desk person, Shawn, in particular is horrible. He’s rude, disrespectful, condescending, dismissive, and over all inept. Avoid this community at all costs. You will be happier just about anywhere else.
