I lived at Pinetree, and when I moved out, I was able to appreciate the quality of their service even more. When I needed maintenance in my apartment, they fixed the problem the very next day. When I needed information, they treated me with great courtesy and respect in a clean, pleasant-smelling office. I never received any unexplained charges on my account. There's a man cleaning the common areas every day, and the trash collection service was efficient. I recommend the place based on my positive experience.

I’m writing this because after trying to reach management, we got no response whatsoever. And my advice for people and students who are looking for housing: stay away from The Collier Companies forever! (This is just an avaricious local company in Gainesville, not Colliers International.) One thing that still makes us unhappy is their so-called background and credit check. One of our roommates was approved through their screening, yet only two months later he had no money to pay rent at all. We fully trusted their screening process — it was literally the only thing we could rely on when signing a joint lease. I live in Oxford Manor, my reason for writing is not because of your personal. I love your staff here. My problem is with your tactics collecting the rent. I’m a widow on a fixed social security income, my checks don’t get in my bank until the 6th-8th of the month. By that time I have to pay an extra $70.00 to $90.00 because I can’t pay until my money gets in the bank. When you’re on a fixed income that extra is a lot. The last place I lived at had a grace period of until the 12th of the month, to cover social security income. Social security income is based on the day of the month you were born. My day is the 4th so by social security standards my checks technically shouldn’t be in the bank until the 12th, or the second Wednesday, but my bank credits my account before that. I’m sure there

Museum Walk is the place to live! It’s super affordable for how big the apartments are. They are a small complex so everything is taken care of very quickly. The maintenance lady Dee is always happy to help and the entire Museum Walk team is always helpful as well!
