Lara and Mikka and the Collective team were rockstars throughout this process of selling my dad’s house!! There were many moving parts and at every turn they guided and supported the process to ensure a great outcome. He’s now settled into his new living situation, and the new owners will hopefully enjoy the house as much as he/we did over the years.

Lisa went above and beyond to sell our property. We had a tight timeline to complete repairs/improvements and Lisa projected managed everything, and all of the work was completed on time. Lisa coordinated all vendors, removed and sold items from the house for us and even went back after the house was sold to remove items left behind that needed to be discarded. When the house was on the market Lisa held multiple open houses and always made herself available for potential buyers that wanted to see the property outside of the open house hours. I have never worked with a realtor as committed as Lisa and would highly recommend her if you are selling your house.
