We moved here recently, and the leasing office staff has been really helpful through the entire process, especially Megan, Katie, and Mandy. They have gone out of their way to be thoughtful and thorough with each of our questions and concerns.

HIGHLY NEGATIVE experience. Noisy neighbors all hours of the night and early mornings. Decreased my quality of life substantially, even after making too many noise complaints. I was going to wait until I move out to post a review because quite frankly I get major anxiety when it comes to going to the leasing office due to terrible, i repeat, TERRIBLE attitudes from two of the girls down there. Staff changes so frequently so there’s zero communication. The women i’ve spoken to have been rude and unhelpful. My partner went to get help with a package that we didn’t get a code for and the woman straight up lied/didn’t even look to see if it was in the locker. Filthy property First of all, I want to commend the maintenance team. They do a great job trying to maintain the older building and the equipment in it. The office staff leave a lot to be desired. It’s hard to get in touch with them, and some (but not all) have been quite rude in the past. But my biggest issue is the striking lack of cleanliness. I have frequently encountered feces around the property, not all of it looking like it’s from animals. And a lot of it seems to have been left for a while to pick up. There have been vomit stains on the hallway carpets, the stairwells, and (many) in the parking garage, for a while. It’s so disgusting. Toured it, nice complex but felt like an inconvenience to staff. Decided to apply but later had issues with my application and tried to contact the leasing office. No answer. Already paid the non-refundable application fee and such so already paid $350+ at this point, and there was a deadline before your application is dropped. Called a few times a day every day for about a week, well over 15 times overall. Still no answer. Eventually got in contact with someone through email. Went back and forth all day (the day before the deadline) and once everything got sorted out, didn't hear from the person ever again. Missed the deadline, paid about $400 at this point. Never seen the $400 again. Could've been resolved if someone was able to answer the phone or reach back out through emails. $400 was

guys do not rent with these people. money grabbers and staff is SO beyond rude after you move in. They just updated the office because there were holes in the walls. I lived here for one year and it was a nightmare. Our windows were sealed shut, our water pipes broke multiple times and nobody ever came to fix anything. Staff changes CONSTANTLY for a reason…
