The Coastal Apartments

Beware!!!! The environment is not only filthy, garbage everywhere, hallways filled with trash, dog feces in every area of grass, polluted with insects but it’s also unsafe with know drug traffic, theft and entry into apartments by employees without permission also leading to additional theft. Months to have any repairs light lights and working washer and dryer. All is ignored by the manager making excuses in person and not answering emails etc and not sending police any video footage for theft case. I have plenty of videos but they won’t load. Save your self the trouble and stay far away!

Newish resident, VERY happy to have joined the community. Renee is responsive and knowledgeable if or when an issue arises. Rob the maintenance leader is awesome, always prompt and thorough.

Absolutely love living here. Renee goes above and beyond for everything, and Rob is always quick and reliable when it comes to getting things fixed. Highly recommend!!

I am extremely frustrated with The Coastal Apartments. My daughter and her roommates moved out at the beginning of August, and their security deposit still has not been received. Renee informed us that it was sent, and later said it would be reissued, but even after that, we still have not received it. Despite multiple emails and phone messages, the process has been slow and poorly communicated. This lack of timely follow-through and clear communication is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering renting here.

Be Aware Old manager is back with lies, yes I'm leaving another review because I was given an apartment with a water leak on the stairs, mold in the pantry, doors in the kitchen falling off, I purchase 3 vacuums for this issue and was not refunded or recognized for it even tho the manager (the person who replies here Renee) said I would, I sent so many emails, messages, phone calls and nothing, I was told I would get paid for what I spent and nothing, I was told the issue would be fixed and they never fixed anything, worst place to live at, gates were removed and peoples cars started to get vandalized. RUN if you can!
