The Coast Townhomes

Ronald was amazing from start to finish. He helped us every step of the way and made moving into our townhome such an easy and smooth process. We are extremely happy and thankful for all his help—this was a big moment for my family and he made it possible!!

Great community! If we hadn't bought a house, we would've stayed here. The townhomes are very spacious. The office staff and maintenance is great too :)

I had a great experience working with Devanise in the leasing office. They were super friendly, easy to talk to, and really made the whole leasing process stress-free. Anytime I had a question, they got back to me quickly and always made sure I understood everything. It honestly felt like they had my back the whole time. Definitely recommend if you're looking for someone who’s helpful and genuinely cares about getting you into the right place.

Just moved into The Coast Townhomes! Great move-in experience! Everything looks good, everything works, and the process was smooth from start to finish.

This complex is awesome, Ronald and Fernanda in the office are a pleasure to speak with and are always a help. Maintenance is timely,knowledgeable, kind and always looking to help with our needs as well. Thank you all!!
