The apartments are very nice inside and out . Very clean . My apartment overlooks the pool and courtyard which nice view . Shelby and staff are great very nice . I moved in when they first open up I want to stay for as long as I can . It’s very quite and I like that . I like that everyone here is nice friendly. God bless this place . Victoria in apt 215 ❤️

We've lived here since December and love it! Our apartment is beautiful. The building has wonderful amenities, clean and well maintained. Shelby the manager is so kind and helpful. We look forward to living here for a long time

We moved in the beginning of December and couldn’t be happier. The apartment is spacious and clean. The grounds are well maintained, haven’t been in the pool yet but looks very relaxing. The people working here are friendly and courteous.

If I could give negative stars I would. Ac is always going out. They put a sprinkler in front of our patio that sprays right into our patio and if we open to the door, right into our apartment. We call the office and no answer. We go to the front office and nobody is ever there. This place really is not all that great and we will probably be leaving after our lease is up .

As other reviews have said the A/C is always going out. Without proper ventilation that can lead to mold. You’d think the residents wouldn’t be responsible for that but guess again. They will fight you & they will say that it’s not their responsibility for any damages. Also renters insurance doesn’t cover that either. So think carefully before you sign up living in a place that can’t be decent enough to compensate for damages that were out of the residents control. Edit: In response to their reply, the individuals affected love having the A/C on so the only time it would be off is if something happened outside of their control. God forbid you go to sleep, go to work & come home to your home filled with mold & somehow it’s your fault for not knowing the A/C messed up at some point. It’s rea
