The Club at the Park Apartments

I am so happy that I made the choice to move to The Club. The office staff has been wonderful and made this move very smooth and easy for me. Stephanie and Aaron worked hard to make all my requirements easy. I love the grounds. It is kept up beautifully. Will and Hailey have already responded to my work order with in a timely matter. I have enjoyed getting back on my workout schedule in the gym. The gym is kept clean and equipment is easy to use an navigate. I have truly enjoyed getting to know some of the other residents her at The Club. Everyone has been so nice and friendly. This has been the best choice I have made.

I had a wonderful experience living at the Club. The community is well-maintained and safe. The amenities are excellent and add to the comfort of living here. I highly recommend the Club to anyone looking for a great place to live with fantastic staff!

I came in this week to tour a one bedroom, Ciara was very welcoming and gave the best tour I’ve had yet. The property is beautiful and I would definitely recommend to any friends looking for a great, affordable apartment. :)

As a disclaimer, I am an employee with IDM Companies and am currently living at The Club at the Park, and this is my HONEST review. This is the second IDM property that I have rented at and I am beyond impressed. I have been noticed and welcomed by several long standing residents, everyone I have met has been so friendly. The location?? You cannot beat. With the CTC park literally as our backyard, Farmers Market on Thursdays, movies and concerts at the park, it has been so convenient and easy to enjoy the summer with my little one. The staff - who I have personally worked with over the years are the real deal. While the building itself is nice, the management leaves much to be desired. They don’t enforce rules about picking up animal waste, leaving it on the grass for a week until the lawn is mowed again. I’ve had more than one encounter where I almost stepped in dog feces. Stephanie, the so-called “manager” of the building, is completely rude and unprofessional. This morning, when I walked by her, she approached me with an attitude. Ten seconds later, she walked up to a Caucasian resident and was polite with him—zero attitude. It goes to show that if you’re a minority and not white and “successful,” good luck receiving the same treatment. ⸻ Do you want me to keep it strictly professional (like something for an official review site) or maintain a sharper, more personal tone?
