Customer Reviews
I've been living at The Cline for the past 2 months, and I have a lot of great things to say about my time here! The apartment has good appliances, plenty of storage, and the A/C unit in the room was extremely nice to have for the end of summer. In addition, the community amenities like the weight room, co-working space, and the rooftop lounge have all been well maintained. On top of that, the community managers do a fantastic job of making sure that you have what you need and that you're taken care of. They were incredibly helpful before my move, and they've continued providing help in the weeks after the move too. Overall, I would highly recommend moving to The Cline - I've been having an amazing experience so far!
Have been staying here for about a year now and the experience has been excellent. As someone who lives a very active lifestyle, the location is perfect, it is less than a 5 minute walk to Seattle bouldering project, evo, the Burke Gilman trail, Brooks running, and plenty of other places to encourage an active lifestyle. The building itself is very clean, new, and convenient, with a nice gym, work area, and bike garage with a shower. The tenants are all very respectful of each other and some having very cute pets which is always a delight to run into. The front desk staff are very friendly and responsive, I never felt like there was an issue that couldn’t be resolved quickly when communicating concerns to them. The building has a coffee shop that is accessible from the lobby and is in my o
Just moved out after living here for 14 months. Had a great experience. Below are some highlights followed by things I don’t like. Location is amazing. It is right in front of a bus 62 stop. It’s also a 3-5 minute walk from the 31/32. I particularly miss being able to walk 2 minutes to sea wolf in the morning for baked goods. Management is pretty responsive and helpful. Unlike my previous apartment, they don’t lie to you on the way out by trying to charge you for false cleaning/repairs. Everyone gets a $180-$200 cleaning charge depending on room size and that’s it (unless you’ve actually damaged something). Building itself is new and clean. The lighting in the rooms are great and you don’t even need any additional lamps if you don’t want them. Other utilities work well. I really love th
I recently toured the Cline and was beyond impressed with their property management, communication, and transparency. Alex’s tour of the building and its many amenities (bike wash, hello!) was thorough and thoughtful, and I very much appreciated the email recap and her willingness to let me see the space again the following day. Moving to a new city is certainly overwhelming but the team made me so much more comfortable. Thank you!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Outstanding building, location, and team Our time at The Cline Fremont has been exceptional from start to finish. The building itself is beautifully designed — modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with high-quality amenities that make everyday living comfortable and convenient. From the rooftop spaces to the gym and shared areas, everything feels curated for community and ease of living. The location in Fremont couldn’t be better — close to cafes, parks, and the waterfront, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat from the city. It’s the perfect balance between accessibility and neighborhood charm. What truly made our experience stand out was the team. Alex, Hannah, Cameron, and Ervin were consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive —
