I was only there for 6 months, and honestly it wasn’t a great experience. When I first moved in, I had no AC for day in the middle of summer. My dishwasher also broke and it took forever to get fixed. The office staff usually seemed confused, and maintenance wasn’t much better. There was even a shooting at one point and management never communicated anything about it, which was really concerning. The property also had dog poop everywhere, which just shows the lack of upkeep and there were no poop bags either for owners to pick up poop. For the price they’re charging, the apartments are pretty outdated. There was even writing on the closet walls from the previous tenant when I moved in. I’d definitely recommend looking somewhere else. DONT LIVE HERE

Do not move here. Worst experience at an apartment complex I’ve ever had. (And I’ve lived at other Lindsey properties). None of our maintenance request were ever filled. We lived without proper AC for a year, our sons vent fan never worked in the bathroom after multiple maintenance request, we had an oven fire and the office said to “put in a work request”, the blinds that come w/ the apartment break when you open them, and the paint job looks like it was done by a child. Not to mention there was a shooting and management never addressed it, or gave advice on how to navigate yellow tape and police presence for over 24 hrs. Along with that, the main office manager Brittany makes every issue personal and will withhold your tenancy information from future landlords. It took us almost two week

Overall, The Cliffs is one of nicest apartment complexes they have. I have no complaints about the facilities. I had no issues with maintenance while I was there. They were always quick to reply. The only issue I have is how expensive they are. And the fact that they raise your rent every year. It's not like they are making improvements or you are getting anything special for your additional rent. They just raise it because they can. They are Lindsey and they have the market on apartments. The only other complaint is that you will never get your full deposit back, even if you leave the apartment in pristine condition. I paid someone to professionally clean but they still charged me a cleaning fee. Not sure what they had to clean. They also keep part of your deposit for painting. I fee

I don't know why others are so negative. Beautiful area, reasonable rent, maintenance has always been chill and it's over a great place. The shooting, this IS America, you gonna get that.

I have never had a issue here . It's super quiet and office staff is great and maintenance comes same day I made any request. Lots of amenities .
