The Cleo Apartments

I definitely recommend living at the Cleo! I moved here a few months ago and love this building. It’s in a great location, with places that are walkable, and also grocery stores & a lot more nearby. Management has always been so helpful, and very responsive if I’ve ever had a question. (Thanks Megan!) The amenities are great, and I love that there are always social events scheduled to meet other residents. Maintenance has been very responsive and friendly!

I have lived in many, many apartments over the years, and I have never had an experience that was so flawless, so smooth, and so friendly as my experience at The Cleo in East Nashville! It would be enough to be located on the most perfect corner in all of Nashville, across the street from the best bookstore (I'm biased but it's true!), within walking distance to two grocery stores and a Walgreens, not to mention many other restaurants, coffee shops, and more, but it also has an incredible leasing office staff, all of whom are so friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring people! The units are cute and well cared-for, and all of my maintenance requests, when necessary, have been resolved the same day. I can't recommend this apartment community strongly enough! 💛 P.S. I'm not sure if other folks were paid to leave a review or what, but if you are looking to live at The Cleo, I would suggest looking elsewhere. I've lived in apartment buildings all over the country -- Cleveland, New York, D.C., and this has been by far my worst experience. First of all, THE PACKAGE ROOM. It is a literal nightmare. It is one room where boxes are piled high and half the time the delivery folks don't even put your deliveries in the room (which I can't blame them, it's an insane system to figure out). You literally have to search for your package every time because they are never where they are supposed to be and I've lost numerous packages to this insane room. Management/front office is top notch. They take of care of anything you need and are very quick to respond. They continuously upgrade and clean the building. Lots of great spaces and events. Pet waste stations with bags all around the building. I dig the community because you can be social if you choose or left alone if you choose and everyone’s cool with that. You basically have everything you could need available amenity and service wise. Walkable to all the spots in East. 10/10 would recommend. Only actual negative Is the hot water could be better but that’s a nit pick from a hot hot shower person.

I would confidently recommend The Cleo to anyone looking for a welcoming and well managed place to call home. Grant, Jennifer, and Megan from the leasing office have been an outstanding team. From the beginning, they were consistently patient, kind, and attentive. They took the time to guide me through my rental options and thoughtfully address every question I had. Their professionalism, care, and support did not go unnoticed during what was a very stressful moving process. I am grateful for their help and appreciate the exceptional service they provided when I felt overwhelmed
