The property is beautifully maintained, with sleek, updated finishes and great amenities that really make it stand out. The atmosphere feels welcoming, clean, and well cared for. Ivonna Johnson was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain every detail clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her positive attitude and genuine willingness to help made the experience smooth and enjoyable. William does a great job on the property. He is always on the go, keeping everything clean and in great condition. He’s also very friendly and always greets us with a positive attitude. His hard work and dedication really show and make a big difference here.

I have lived at this property since it first opened and had no major issues until the recent management transition. In December 2025, I paid my rent via money order within the lease's payment window. The prior management did not deposit the payment until a couple days later. Two weeks after rent was already paid, I was notified of a late fee. I provided the receipt for the money order and explained that rent was submitted on time. New management stated that the receipt "does not verify" when the payment was delivered, yet also acknowledged they could not access security footage to confirm or dispute my claim. My lease addendum clearly states that late fees must be included with rent and paid together. Despite this, base rent was accepted without any late fee at the time of payment. I was n
