The Claremont Apartments

The Claremont is a nice apartment complex to live in. It has been renovated and well maintained. Sandra, the General Manager does a great job at responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Sandra also has the cleaning company vacuum the carpet in the hallway twice a week, which gives it a clean and neat appearance. Thank You Sandra! Our experience at the Claremont has been exceptional, and a major reason for that is Sandra. She is incredibly attentive and consistently takes the time to listen to residents’ concerns and questions. Her communication is outstanding—she always responds quickly, professionally, and with genuine kindness. I was initially nervous about moving in, as this was my first time living in an apartment and having a landlord. She exceeded every expectation. Living at The Claremont has been such a great experience. We have been living here since 2018. Sandra is exceptional, she has always showed love to us and my son who was only 3 years old when we moved in and is now almost 11 has so much love for Sandra. Sandra you are the best!!! I have thoroughly enjoyed living at the Claremont for the last 2 years. Sandra is a responsive property manager and all our needs are met same day. Love the outdoor grills and that there is plenty of parking for guests.
