The Claremont Apartment Homes

When I first moved in I thought they were really good and well maintained but over the year I’ve noticed they do not respond to maintenance requests, their is a roach problem, and they raise their rest more so then surrounding apartments.The neighbors are really loud and the walls are very thin. Btw make sure you do a tour of the smallest apartment because I feel so cramped it’s so much smaller than the pictures. If I were you I’d reconsider there are many great apartments nearby.

Maintenance and front office staff are 5 stars! Everyone in the office is so kind and accommodating even when they are busy. The maintenance staff always leaves a note describing exactly what they fixed and in a timely manner. Specifically, I had a work order in for a plumbing issue and the technician, Eric, fixed my AC while he was there because he noticed it was rattling. Caring and efficient. 10/10

I love living at the Claremont! It is very quiet, and when I do run into someone in the elevator or hallway, EVERYONE has been friendly. The maintenance crew is responsive, polite, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Claremont!

This is a retirement community with good accessibility to shops and malls. All community gathering and activities like aqua aerobics and circuit training are focused towards fulfilling physical and mental health needs of old people.I don't recommend this community for young people or parents with kids. Apartments are fair in build but spacious. Maintenance is dependable with a few follow-up. Appliances are old and tend to break easily. Our apartment was insulted poorly and we had to manage this flaw during the last winter. Leasing agents are nice and respond well. Property manager appears friendly on printed materials but is not so in person. I had an outstanding experience with the team at The Claremont. Zach, the manager, and Erick from maintenance provided excellent service and communication. I submitted a ticket on Monday, and it was resolved by Tuesday fast, efficient, and professional. Thank you for your dedication to resident satisfaction! Aiden
