The Chelsea Apartments

I’ve lived here since Aug 2018. The front office has come and gone but they have always been pretty relaxed. A big positive in the community that is 5 stars is Jermaine when it comes to maintenance. Does things in a timely manner and will work with you depending on your schedule. Will follow up after the job is done make sure you are doing ok!

Love the apartment! My neighbors are wonderful. Most of them are very friendly and respectful. The office is helpful and nice, and the grounds are well maintained. Top best in places I've lived!

This is an older property that has steadily gone downhill over the years, yet they still justify continually raising your rent & utilities (basing their rates on what MUCH newer complexes are charging!) Safety is also a big issue out here, but trying to get management engaged is like beating your head against a wall! It's very sad that this once nice community has dilapidated to this, all for the sake of the almighty $$$!

Very nice,& caring/ethical Maintenance staff and, Management staff.Above all, very time efficient/quick to Correct any deficiency,or malfunction that one may have,no matter how simple or Complex/large or small. In view of those qualities, I'm giving the best rating"! "Exemplary", "They lead the way "!

My husband and I have been at The Chelsea Apts for the last 10 years, and we love it! The complex is very well kept, maintenance requests are addressed almost immediately (usually within 24 hours), and the staff/ management are very friendly. I love how they have activities for the residents during different holidays. If there is ever a concern about anything, management addresses it very quickly and gets things taken care of. Would definitely recommend!
