The Chateau Apartments

These apartments are beautiful,spacious and bright. Maintenance is quick responding peaceful community so far I’m looking forward to my new start here. Amber is also very good at getting back, move in was smooth quick and easy she’s really consistent with everything, she says she will call you back with an answer at 4:30 and she does exactly that.

I just moved to The Cheteau from NY. So far my experience has been great. Management is very helpful. And any service request I have are answered very quickly. It’s always very quiet and all the neighbors are friendly.

I recently moved to the Chateau and process was pretty smooth. My new apartment is clean, cozy and the rooms are huge! The property is well kept and overall environment is very peaceful.

I lived there for about 4 years. I enjoyed living there. I paid ahead on my rent not knowing I would have the chance to move. The main office account payable in New Jersey are witholding my reimbursement. The property manager is responsive to my requests. I do believe her hands are tied. There is no direct contact to General Management. Calling the office leads to leaving unreturned emails. It's over 3 months, my patience is gone. May need to contact BBB or local news to get results.

They have MICE DUE TO IT BEING IN A WOODEN AREA AND THE BUILDING WAS BUILT IN THE 70s...ALL I KNOW is im extremely tired of killing them and THEY'RE being TOO CHEAP to hire an exterminator that actually covers the holes, the traps outside the building dont work, them coming weekly to empty the traps dont work either! Just do better thats all i want place has potential just DO BETTER listen not make excuses and say resident hold a apart. UPDATE i emailed them they fixed the issue properly the following day of me emailing them (only took 2yrs of complaining and finally being the first one writing it on Google exposing them). PLEASE BE ADVISED we had ONE good property manager she was getting stuff done she was there three months then it went right back to being trash any one saying this p
