The Charthouse Apartments

My husband and I have lived at The Charthouse Apartments for over four years. It is a very small, extremely quite community. The apartments are spacious and well layed out with a tremendous amout of storage space. Just a lovely place to live!

I have enjoyed living here! Very spacious & peaceful atmosphere. I love my balcony view, oversized tub and that my boys have their own room and bathroom as well and we are close to the beach!. We are happy here:)

This place is phenomenal! This is special place in my heart and it’s where me and my son call home now! I appreciate everything about this place. I’m on the fourth floor and the only inconvenience I have had was the elevator being out for a few months. Other than that this place has been prefect for us!

Absolute dump Water leaks in storage closets inside apartment and could get no one out to repair. Elevator broken for weeks on end several times a year. Halls and walk ways are seldom cleaned and filthy as are the elevators. Management company is the worst ever encountered. People smoking pot and cigarettes inside apts and management does nothing about it. See pictures of water damage inside apts and also a handy man who went into apt porch and stood outside smoking pot. RUN AWAY. Did not return deposit of $1400. Lawsuit has been filed against them. My attorney also has medical records from my physicians that my health was affected by the mold and mildew in the apartment for over 3 months. Chart house painted over the mold instead of removing it he wall Board in the closets and walls with

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Elevator breaks for WEEKS every time it rains (residents have submitted a class action lawsuit against the property for this. It's broken more often than it works, I wish I was exaggerating). You will never get ahold of ANYONE that works here. Yes, they have an office... but doors are locked 24/7 and no one is ever there. Hours are "by appointment" every day of the week. You can leave as many voicemails or emails as you want, no one will ever return your calls or messages. The maintenance man is friendly but there is only 1 guy, so you will not receive any maintenance for weeks or months while the elevator is broken if your issue requires heavy lifting. They will mark your maintenance requests "competed" over and over without visiting or even giving you a call. T
