The Charlie Echo Park

I’ve been a resident here for a few months, and overall the experience has been disappointing. I don’t plan to renew my lease. That said, there are a few positives worth mentioning first: What I Liked Building Manager (Jose): Jose was fantastic—very accommodating and responsive. Unfortunately, he’s no longer with the company, and it’s unclear how the new management will be. Modern Units: The apartments are updated and have reliable appliances. Everything was clean and worked as expected when I moved in. Amenities: The rooftop patio is a highlight—great for BBQs, hanging out, or hosting friends. I found myself using it often. What I Didn’t Like Noise: The walls are extremely thin. Unless you’re on the top floor, you’ll hear every step from upstairs neighbors. Temple-facing units also

I love this place. I chose this place because Jose the property manager makes me feel safe, at home and like I belong there.

Ive been living at the Charlie Echo Park for a year now. I love it so much that I just renewed my lease. Things have been fantastic since Jose has become manager. The building looks immaculate, It’s so clean and welcoming. The interior and exterior always look great. Im so proud to tell people I live here. Jose is also so accommodating & always available to fulfill any requests I have. In addition, the rooftop offers amazing amenities with stunning views. Everytime I have company over they constantly ask about the building, I tell them to contact Jose for more information, he made my renewal so easy! I highly recommended him!

I had the pleasure of living here for 14 months. The property manage, Jose, was lovely and was extremely accommodating to me. The building has a beautiful rooftop and a great gym!

I’ve been here a little over 1 year and this property has great amenities, everything was new when I moved in and it’s energy efficient. Although the transition from the original property manager Melanie, who was amazing, was an adjustment, I’m happy that our new property manager Jose has taken over and he’s been doing a great job!
