The Charlie Apartments

I just move in a month ago. The first month is quite and comfortable but the next month i buy another car on Mar 3 2026 in the afternoon then bring it parked at this apt around 5 pm . They tell the tow truck come towed my car at 11pm while I was sleeping the same day. I want to let the owner know is that the right thing to do? How can I register when time already late ?

My online packages are always been stolen just in front of my doors. I filled a formal complain requesting they set a package locker or room but useless, and they just ignore this justified request. They pretend they care but they actually not, and they just want to spend little cost to maintain a very low, cheap and worse management. Not only this, hot water here are often shut off, I always need request fixing. Recently it's very freezing, only 20 degrees. In such weather, you can imagine if you don't have any hot water. They just keep fixing and fixing, but never solve problem from the root. There's no proper temperature control for the water in the shower. It get extremely scalding hot even without moving the tap or it gets extremely cold when you lower the heat tap a little. Such garbage shower even maintenance cannot fix

Living at The Charlie has been a really good experience. The staff is always welcoming, maintenance is quick to respond, and the community feels safe and clean. I appreciate the little details that make it feel like home. Definitely one of the better apartment experiences I’ve had.
