The Chalet Motel & Apartments

We had to stop here for a night since we got behind on our trip. Price was great and the people were friendly. The room was clean and really nice. It had helpful information about what was going on and things to do. We liked how it wasn't super busy and the other guest were nice too. Our room had a hot tub in it but there wasn't any water in it, it was a bummer but it wasn't much to stress over since we didn't expect there to be one. The room has a queen bed, a kitchen area, had a tv and dart board. It was really nice to just relax after a long day. Thank you guys for the great room and service!

This motel is a hidden gem! The grounds are well kept, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Debbie was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The room was just so homey and comfy. If you aren’t looking for all the bells and whistles of a Ritz Carlton this is the perfect place! We will definitely be back and are looking forward to staying in the jacuzzi room! Remember it’s important to support the small business owner.

My wife and I stayed here before but this time we brought the family. We reserved the upstairs rooms, #9 and #10. They were great. There is a common area between the rooms where all 5 of us were very comfortable. We did not fell like we were staying at a motel but with family. Very clean, comfortable and affordable. It is very near everything in town but far enough up the hill and off the road to be enjoyable. We spent the last night of our stay at the fire pit located in the common grounds. We met some of the other tenants and we all ended around the fire pit roasting hot dogs and making smores. The owners are very good folks. They make you feel welcome and help out as much as possible. They even gave us a little surprise when we arrived. We got an even better price break for paying cash.

This place is amazing!! It's clean, clean, clean!! Did I mention clean??!!! They have thought of everything in the quiet little place on the side of a mountain. I was here for work so I didn't think to take any pics of the views!! This place would be perfect for large families trying to all stay together in on place during reunions or weddings. It's American owned and operated by an awesome family and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a room. Very rare that you find extremely clean and affordable in the valley!!

We stayed here for a week while visiting the area. Our room was a separate cottage and it was perfect. We had a private hot tub and patio area. Bed was comfortable and room was big with kitchen area and comfortable seating for tv watching. They checked the room every day unless we put the door hanger out. We left a tip every day but they left it there. They provided coffee, cream and sugar for the coffee maker. There was handsoap, but no soap and shampoo in the shower. I had brought shampoo and just asked for soap which they happily provided. Friendly and casual - just the way I like it.
