Terrible management—pond smells awful, trash overflows, gate never works. Fancy lights don’t fix real problems! The pond near Building 2500 (right beside my patio) hasn’t been cleaned in over a year. It’s fully covered in green algae and gives off a strong foul odor that constantly seeps into our apartment. It’s extremely uncomfortable and unhealthy to live with this odor every single day. Despite multiple complaints — both in person and over email — nothing has been done. When I spoke to the property manager, she was rude and dismissive, repeatedly saying there was “no ETA” and even arguing when I tried to explain how bad the condition was. Only after my tone became firm did she vaguely mention a vendor visit who put in a pipe to get it cleaned, but there’s been no visible action. The t

We have lived here for 19 years. We have a new manager, Sam, who is an absolute blessing. She is so approachable, kind, professional and takes care of business. When I email her, she gets back to me immediately. In the past, I was used to having my emails ignored. Nick, head of maintenance, is the best we've had in years. Robert is excellent as well. Kayla is a sweetheart. Things have changed over the years. We've been through some rough management at times but now head of Management (Sam) is the best in a very long time. It's such a relief. There's only one bad apple in the bunch who thinks she owns the place, threatens residents, and treats residents as if they are beneath her. But I will leave her nameless for now. A recommendation for Management and Property Owners. You have one Exterminator that comes onsite every Monday. I have lived here for over 1 1/2 years. I have requested twice for an Exterminator for Wasp and Cockroaches that have been exterior issues outside my apartment. The request was properly communicated and addressed. Twice the Exterminator did not show up and we had to wait an additional week for treatment. Since we are charged for these services monthly that falls under utilities separate from rent. Our suggestion is with Spring and Summer approaching, you should have an Exterminator available twice a week instead of people being subject to having to wait a week for treatment as it can be a high severity situation in someone apartment. This area needs further discussion and planning

I wish i could do 0 stars. i’ve lived in this community for four years and they used to be good as soon as the cedars took over they ruined this community none of the gates ever work, which we pay a fee for the trash areas are always overflowing onto the street. They charge us $60 plus for sewage and waste I don’t know where that money is going. We are also forced to pay valet trash that barely comes once or twice a week. I have been living in this apartment for the past five years. I must say, the recently changed management is excellent. They are very kind and responsible people who handle every issue and concern promptly, ensuring that everything is resolved on time. In particular, Doneshia M. Asams and Denise Cania are very calm and sweet. They always greet me with a big, happy smile and are always ready to help whenever I walk in.
