The Casey Apartments

I want to give a big thank you to Patrick at Cortland on Blake for his outstanding help with the maintenance issues inside my unit. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Patrick took the time to thoroughly assess the problem, explain what needed to be done, and made sure everything was fixed properly before leaving. What really stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to ensure the job was completed the right way. He worked efficiently and kept the area clean, which I truly appreciated. It’s reassuring to know there are team members like Patrick who genuinely care about residents and take pride in their work. Great service all around—thank you again!

Rob was super kind! He came and quickly and fulfilled two work order requests at once. Shout out for his great service. Since this is a review over the apartment itself I will also say that so far the hottub has been getting repairs, Luxor lockers have not been working, and garage key fob is broken (so nowhere to park!) so hoping to see improvements with the other issues in the building given this has all been in the first 2 months of moving in. The location itself is nice.

I just moved in last weekend....Our leasing office is absolutely amazing. I actually care about their residents. They're quick, fast and efficient. They take time out of their day to actually handle things ♥️ They actually care about their job and their people Robert and the other maintenance people are absolutely amazing as well. They came and fixer washer the next day and actually took their time to do it and did it half-ass it ♥️

Facilities are always clean and well kept. The fitness center has a nice variety of equipment, including an actual bench press bar, which is great because I can do deadlifts with it as well. Overall been a great experience. I’ve done some job interviews in the lounge areas because of the nice lighting.

The maintenance team here is exceptional. After submitting a ticket, I received a response within the hour, and the repairs were completed the very next day. Robert arrived fully prepared and handled both the door lock and filter issues in under 10 minutes.
