This place is horrible! Do not let the older people you love rent here. They bully their residents they talk to them like they aren’t human beings. The office Manager Maxine, refuses to answer questions pertaining to concerns these older people have. She kicks them out of the office. She is unprofessional, I am unsure how she is even still employed. I have witnessed her behavior with my own eyes. The Majors office came out and spoke to these residents and I don’t know why this place isn’t under investigation. The new letter that was put on residents door was that “rent receipts won’t be issued on the day you bring your rent in. It mailed within 6 days” umm excuse me… why? What if you lose the money order then you have no proof it was received. Can’t force these old folks to use the intern

Be aware of this place. In the beginning when we came to this place in 2024 was ok after 3 managers everything changed the parking is bad for 150 department and maybe 100 parking places is a disaster even more if you have 2 cars which was ok in the beginning to park but now is only one car per unit. We have a contract that says if you want to break the lease is 30 days notice and all the sudden they told us that Maryland rules and regulations for rent change instead of 30 days now is 60 days well we didn't know about it, they didn't notify the tenants until later after we put the notice to vacate the apartment. And they made us pay 2 months of rent ...I understand January we pay the whole month but February?...we put the notice to vacate in the beginning of December and we have a contract

Beautiful new apartment building for seniors. The staff I have met are SUPER friendly and ALWAYS ready to help!! Very clean inside. Tons of amenities. There are two elevators in the center of the building. So to look at this in a positive way, I will always get my daily steps in. It’s quite a ways from the car to my apartment. My only concern is the parking. Supposed to be 147 apartments here. I am handicapped and there is only eight handicapped spots. It’s first come first serve. If not for the parking issue I would rate this place a 10!! It’s absolutely gorgeous and very peaceful. I tell my family, I went from motel 6 to the Hyatt. So grateful to be here!!

Racism, discrimination, prejudice and the like are rising steadily against me for no reason. It's clear that if you're not white, you will be discriminated against because I'm the only Indian woman here. It stems from the Manager and one tenant in particular who is a bully and is constantly harassing, slandering, stalking, and gossiping about me to other tenants in the building, including sitting in the office with the Manager, giving her feedback every day. I cannot take it any more! LIFE FOR ME IS UNBEARABLE. I thought this would be my retirement home, but afraid it's turned into a nightmare for me.Parking is a SERIOUS problem as the parking spots are not assigned, besides one tenant in particular who has one spot assigned to her permanently.There are no assigned parking sp

This place is got bully's in it, people who dare you to get off your scooter to fight you, and there is a group of them, went to manger and only one got a letter,and nothing got done, and they still tonting me.its like high school.this is not a happy place. They let dog poop every wear,there's no parking.im handy cap, and I have to pard my scooter in my parking spot to keep it when I get back from my dr.,I gave them two letters from my dr., still no sign.this place is a joke.i fear for my life here.
