The Cascades at Kissimmee

I been living here 8 years. The place is filled with roachs, leaks everywhere, drywall tooken out and violations for not having permits. Do not risk your money here. And denise will make sure your lease doesnt get approved as soon as u complain. Danny Lawson is the CEO of fpi management over cascades and he doesnt care at all about whats going on. My partner and I were looking for an affordable place to stay and we found this place. Jonny and Luis were perfect on communication and available when needed. I’d highly recommend asking for them if you plan on moving here. Kid friendly place. Gave welcoming and was very professional

The replacement of my stove was recently completed, and I’m very satisfied with the service. Technicians Javier and Luis did an excellent, quick, and professional installation. I also appreciate Denise, the Community Director, and the entire maintenance and management team for their attention and follow-up. Outstanding technical service and resident care! Leadership under Denise has really turned things around here. She’s very competent and easy to get along with when issues arise. Javier the new maintenance supervisor does good work as opposed to previous maintenance workers. Luis also does good work and between the two, issues are properly done the first time and not in a shoddy way. Jammy at the leasing office is also friendly and makes sure any of my concerns are forwarded to the correct party within the organization for further handling. Things at Cascades Kissimme appear to be on the correct path and trust me, I’d be the first person to complain if I was dissatisfied with the way anything I have issues with were being handled. Good job.

2231 cascades apt 207 is filled with mold. Carmen runs HOA but drives on the golf cart all day doing nothing. Denise is the manager and treats tenants like dirt. Maintance will argue with you then make up a story to cover their selves. Roachs are everywhere
