Worst apartments you could possibly live in Longview. Staff is never at the office even after having “training days” still never anyone in the office and no one ever calls back. My kitchen light didn’t work for the first 3 months of me living there because they would complete the work order then never come and replace the light. The pool never opened during summer, and the mail boxes are all broken and smashed open. If I could give no stars I definitely would. Hate to be that person but so no one else makes the same mistake I did.

Lexi customer service is over the top. Although I didn’t end up leasing here, she made sure that all my questions and doubts where answered in a sufficient and timely manner, I was always satisfied with her response and professionalism. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and her job in general. These apartments are lucky to have her as their leasing agent. It’s hard to find good people now a days! She’s awesome

Lived here for 14 months, the pool was never open. Quiet life until it was move out time. They lost the move out notice, charging month to month fees when there shouldn’t be. Can’t ever get ahold of them doesn’t matter if you call, text, or email. Have to go back and forth with them to correct the corrected adjustments. Talk to the office assistant Lexie and “she will get it taken care of” and then just respond with “reach out to the manager”. Kept asking for the apt number when it was mentioned multiple times through the same thread conversation. Very unprofessional and no apologies given for their mistakes. All of this throughout 2 months after the 1 yr lease was up. The older maintenance guy was the only good staff member.

I toured this property with Lexie, and I was honestly blown away. She was professional, super knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and fun. She pointed out details I wouldn’t have noticed and answered every question clearly and confidently. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in what she does. While we aren’t ready to lease right away, she’ll definitely be my first call when we are!

Such a great place to live. The office and maintenance team are so friendly. Definitely recommend.
