My fiancé and I just moved into our first apartment together here a little over a week ago, and we’re already so happy we chose this place. From the very beginning, Jossie was absolutely fantastic, she truly made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. As first-time apartment hunters we had tons of questions, phone calls, emails, and back-and-forths, and Jossie was incredibly patient and accommodating every single step of the way. She showed us multiple units, listened to what we needed, and gave thoughtful recommendations on which floor plans and layouts would work best for us. I toured several apartments in Fort Myers, and The Carlton was by far my favorite. Remy was incredibly helpful and understanding, guiding me through every step of the application process. Micky was amazing as well especially with my move in. The entire staff is kind and welcoming. They truly make this community feel like home. I genuinely feel like part of a family here. I have no doubt that I made the right choice moving here. The community is quiet, feels safe, and is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is my favorite part! 💕

We had such a great experience today in our visit to this community. We had the pleasure to meet Josie. I have no words to describe how kind and professional she was. She speaks English and Spanish and is always willing to explain everything in detail. I wish every community had a Josie.

Farhan is an absolute lifesaver and miracle worker! After getting catfished on an apartment and racing against the clock with my lease ending, he swooped in like a superhero. Not only did he secure my approval for a stunning apartment, but he also expedited the process so smoothly it felt effortless. As if that wasn’t enough, I even received some amazing goodies complimentary of The Carlton — I truly can’t wait to start my life here. Just moved in and this place is amazing! Josephine has been so unbelievably helpful throughout the process of moving across the country. She even helped carry bags to my new unit!!! Super accommodating apartment complex!
