Jazmine, and the team was extremely accommodating, and move in was simple and easy. Highly recommend working with the team here to get moved in. Maintenance has been very quick, and professional. My only two gripes are the insulation could be higher to keep loud noise coming from next door neighbors, and the floor cleanliness could have been double checked before I moved in. Simple nonissues, but still recommend so far!

Moving to the area presented me with much to fear for it was my first time living away from my hometown as well as my first experience residing in apartments. My anxiety was increased in having to commit to this new living space “sight unseen” but with this decision now four years in the proverbial rear view mirror, it is still fresh in my mind how smoothly that transition was mode in the pleasant exchanges and encounters with the rental office staff. Jasmine was my first point of contact via email and phone. She was very professional and thorough in communicating every detail of the process. When I arrived at the property to receive my keys and finally lay eyes on my apartment, I was greeted by Ashley and handled with the utmost care and respect. She was personable and her pleasantries

I lived here in 2021-2022. The staff was INCREDIBLY RUDE and I heard from my neighbors about too many alleged crimes happening here. There were a lot of car break ins, and the intercom system never worked so you still had to come all the way to your outside door which is a bit of a maze to get to. I can’t remember the main managers name- I think is was Brittany, but I remember the other girl that no longer works there and started working at the sister property downtown. Anyway, 10/10 do not recommend- definitely not for the price.

While mostly acceptable, the building has a serious package theft problem. Management is unwilling or unable to assist when contacted and given proof. There is a package locker system that gets used by about 20% of delivery people and there is very little organization of packages generally. Edited to reply: For anyone who reads this in the future, I did reach out to management to discuss prior to leaving this review. They were unable/unwilling to help. They informed me that, despite there being a camera in the package room, there is no CCTV footage to even catch thieves…

There is a lady names April. She is very rude. She sit at front desk.I approached the front desk for help with an issue for maintenance — my dryer was not opening at all. Instead of offering assistance in a professional manner, the staff member spoke to me rudely and showed a dismissive attitude. She told me to “go outside and use a dryer elsewhere,” which was very unhelpful. Later she raised her voice. She do not know anything about her job. If you go and ask. She will just say i do not know. Looks like she do not care about her job at all. Her attitude speaks well. Maintenance is worst. They are very slow and when it comes to money they wont leave a single dollar. Very expensive and very slow maintenance( not worth to pay that much money). Gym is worst. Pool have insects. They dont even
