Capri was great. I was a first-time homebuyer and she was able to explain everything and walk me through the process at each step along the way. Capri is very knowledgeable about real estate and warned of potential problems when they came up. She negotiated $10K in credits which, combined with my savings, allowed me to reach 20% down & avoid PMI. The inspection found a few issues, though nothing super severe, but she was able to get the sellers to fix one issue and pay a couple thousand additional credits for everything else. The appraisal actually came in a bit above the asking price, so that combined with all the credits meant I got a pretty good value on the house.

Capri and her team were truly the best! My partner and I were nervous first time home buyers, but Capri helped us every step of the way. From our first meeting, we felt she really cared about us and our needs. She has so much knowledge and experience that really made us feel we were in good hands. She was always incredibly responsive, patient, kind, and positive. Even now, after we have closed on our new home, she is continuing to help us settle in! Capri and her team really care about their clients, and I can't recommend them enough!

Capri is the best! Not only leading up to buying a house, but afterwards as well. Our furnace broke literally the night we moved in, the weekend of this huge snow storm. She helped us get connected with an HVAC tech in the area who didn't need to travel far, so he was able to brave the conditions to fix our furnace for us. She knows the market, she knows great people related to the homebuying process and home ownership, and she knows how to host a mean hot chocolate crawl.

Capri and team are fantastic, came in knowing absolutely nothing about buying a home/home ownership. Her and her team are full of expertise and are able to communicate it very effectively, super hard working and a great advocate to have on your side during the whole process. 10/10 experience no complaints and would highly recommend to anyone.

Capri was very helpful in assisting us in our rental research, despite the fact that she no longer handles rentals. She assisted us in the ability to find and research available listings -- but most importantly she was helpful -- responding to our inquiry in a timely manner, calling us back, and gave valuable feedback as we began our search for housing in our Philly relocation!
