The Canyons on Colter Apartments

This rating is GENUINELY from my heart and soul. When I say these apartments saved my life, I mean it!! My credit was horrible, I had evictions, going through many trials and tribulations at the time when I applied here. Dania and Brenda are angels sent from heaven and they didn’t even know it! They work in the office. They are always trying so hard to help people and truly care. They go out of their way to help your needs and try to ensure you’re not without a place to stay. I am forever grateful and thankful for them and the apartments. Not to mention it’s peaceful, clean, and they always remain professional with everything. This apartment complex is absolutely beautiful—well maintained, welcoming, and truly feels like home. Overall it is a great place to live in even the staff. Romeo is hands down the best employee here. He is always professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly and that you feel supported. His kindness and dedication make a huge difference. I highly recommend this apartment complex, especially because of employees like Romeo.

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent with you guys!!! The office staff is absolutely amazing even when your going through a tuff time they make the process easy and they keep you update and questions they’re always available and willing to answer. The leasing office is always so understanding, and they also hold community events which are fun for kids. They make you feel like its a family event going on. I love going into the office it always smells so good in there all the time. I just want to say a special thank you to Dania for always helping us when needed.

Lived here for about 7 years and its had its ups and down. But there has been great approvements, especially since Gustavo has takin charge of maintance. He communicates very while and always does things right the first time.

I want to share my disappointing experience with the management of the condominium where I live. Although I’ve always been a responsible resident — I even once recovered and returned one fire extinguishers that someone else was trying to steal — the management decided to tow my vehicle without any prior notice. They claimed it was due to the lack of an updated sticker and a recently changed license plate that wasn’t registered with them, but they never contacted me to resolve it. It’s a complete lack of consideration towards someone who has positively contributed to the community. I would not recommend this condo to anyone expecting a minimum level of professionalism and resident respect.”
