This is a beautiful place to live. The management is top notch with incredible attention to details. The location is perfectly nestled into The Art District which has wonderful dining and the best services close to home. The best thing I did is move here. Bus line runs 24/7. I go anywhere I want with zero problems. If you want a beautiful affordable home, this is definitely the place to settle into. This area is revitalize, and a lovely place to live. I lived at the Canvas Apartments 1511 S. Casino Center Blvd in Las Vegas for 5 years. I always paid my rent 2 weeks ahead. I have seen so many Managers come and go over those years and the recent one that is there now {Kathy} and I were friends. She uses that office has a gossiping place. She does her job but complains constantly about the tenants there. I know so much about the tenants that live there that should have been kept to herself. I told her about my health issues and she told me about her health issues and other personal issues about other tenants. I would sit for hours listening to her complain about her bosses, tenants who are not paying their rent and the prostitution that goes on their and people jumping over the wall to get in. I lived at the roach infested apartment complex for over a year. While I was a resident, I was a victim of identity theft, possibly from the property manager since you have to pick up your mail from the rental office, rerouted and missing deliveries, they behave like it’s a short term weekly, when it is advertised as an apartment but still recorded with the county as a “hostel”. The managers were very rude, the maintenance man was creepy and renting out places to street walkers and drug addicts. If they feel they don’t like you for whatever reason, they will give you an unlawful eviction. This management company are a bunch of thieves and can’t be trusted with your private info.
