The Camaron Townhomes

The townhomes are pretty and spacious, very clean and in a quite neighborhood. I don't know if they all have a fireplace The one we saw had a fireplace with attached car garage. Planning on moving there next month. The staff that show the apartment was awesome she explain everything very well about all required information we need to rent and fees as well.

I’ve only been here maybe 4 months and my experience has been amazing. After my leases are done I tend to search for a next place. The camaron has made me feel like we’re at home. The property manager is really amazing and helps any way she can to make you feel a priority. Thank you management!

The staff is awesome!! Katherine has been there for us since day one!! She is understanding and helps fix problems!! She gets back to you in a timely manner!! The Cameron’s are is a great location!! Love having my garage connected straight to my townhome, super convenient!! My patio is private and big!!

chose these apartments because of the garage, smaller apartment complex and 6 minutes away from work and move in special was great, then the the nightmare began, garage door continues to fall off the track, paint peeling on different spots, hole in the laundry are where mice are coming in ( 3 mice so far) big hole in the cabinet next to the sink, no handle on the laundry room door so I can't open them, door leading into the garage does not lock, nothing is being fixed, at this point I have seeked legal advice, as per attorney first step is to send to a certified letter which I have done. Next step is to get the media involved.

My first move in was crazy, my unit had a lot of problems. leaks, etc. nothing ever got fixed. Just a couple things. Didn’t want to do the whole process again and apply somewhere so I just transferred to another unit and it was such a horrible experience. I was so excited & now that I see my new unit, I’m like whyyyy... 😣😣 my patio smells so bad like dog pee and poop. (Previous owner would not take their dog out for walks) it is so ugly and gross out there. My AC doesn’t cool( it stays at 81-83), I constantly don’t have hot water, I was so excited to have a closed off big patio for my 2 year old to play but it’s smells so bad (I’ve already cleaned it twice) wood is all chipped, paint is horrible, Paw prints on my windows. Super gross, it looks so ugly. So we probably wont be going out the
