The Calvert

Great community, we haven’t had any issues since we moved in. The staff at the office, Noble and Amani, are great as well as the maintenance staff. They host fun events periodically in the building and occasionally have food trucks come to the site.They’re also good at communicating with the residents whenever anything happens like with the parking garage gates for example. We face the city and you can hear the freeway so that could be a problem for some. Definitely would recommend The Calvert.

I had a great time touring The Calvert with Amani. I ended up leasing elsewhere only due to finding another special that matched my preferences, but The Calvert was at the top of my list, offering a great community and wonderful units. I’d definitely recommend stopping by for a tour with Amani, she was very professional and patient with me throughout this process!

Hannah is a true professional. She helped my husband and me sign a lease at The Calvert residential complex. Hannah was always quick to respond to all our questions, paid great attention to every detail, and supported us throughout the entire process. I also want to highlight the cleanliness, neatness, and even the pleasant scent throughout the community — all of it creates a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We are truly grateful to Hannah for her professionalism, care, and warm attitude. We are excited and looking forward to the day we move into this wonderful place!

Recently completed some vendor work for this property and can't explain how great they were to work with. The leasing team member Hannah was very accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we were able to complete our work quickly and effectively, not to mention she is just great person overall! Hopefully I don't have to come back for more work but if I do I hope she's still here!
