Denzel was so warm, professional, and efficient during my application process from beginning to end. The property is beautiful. If you are interested in this complex and you happen to have him as your leasing associate, you can trust he will handle you with care through the whole process. I don't even leave reviews at every place I apply to but when I see great work ethic and just a personable, class act of an individual, I just have to give credit where it's due! Wishing the team over there much success!

It’s a nice apartment complex, but it’s wayyy to many issues that aren’t worth it. Update nov 30th Please be prepared for power outages that only is happening within the community, so you will sit without power for about 8-10 hours, your groceries will go bad, thank God it’s not as hot outside because you would be without air, honestly best advice I can say is its not worth the promotions they are offering, way too many issues to be new. PLEASE save yourself the trouble and find another apartment complex, the Calahan isn’t it. Since moving in over a month ago, every faucet in my unit has had an extremely foul, egg-like smell coming from the water. I’ve been genuinely scared to use it or even shower in it. Booked a tour! We were really looking forward to coming in. We were late sadly, and someone named Denzel said I couldn’t come in after being 20 minutes late. I asked if we would still come in (again it takes 10 minutes to look at an apartment). He told me no and to reschedule, and that they were booked up the rest of the day. I go online to reschedule and there was availability an hour later… like really. He didn’t have to lie about it. I didn’t bother rescheduling due to him being rude about it. I’ll be signing my lease elsewhere.
