DO NOT BE FOOLED , the reviews are not real! These are the old Southern Pines apartments ! Still 350 Bryant rd ! They’re “under new management” and changed their name, just look at all of the last Google reviews (for Southern Pines) but the apartments are still roach infested , very dirty , and still ran by the same in office people ! We lived here less than 60 days and ran fast as we could ! They do not fix anything just rather make every issue your fault. We left Sept 30 2025 and left the apartment in BETTER condition than we got it and do you think we’ve received a deposit back or heard anything ? No ! These people are scammers!!!!!

Yall need to stop lying. I don’t have a front face to my kitchen cabinet my toilet and tub leaks. And both pools are not working. Some of us don’t even have a code to the laundry room. They price gouging us charging crazy prices for staying on the bottom floor $15. 79. For other fees what’s other. Water bill lights plus you pay your own light bill. So don’t come here thinking you’re going to pay the 890. You want. Oh and they have an answering service that doesn’t read the notes or take notes. They quick to fix the empty apartments to get you in but want fix nothing after. So run fast if you don’t the bugs will run you out. And they charge you for flex pay even when you don’t even sign up for it. Scammers

Such a smooth and easy application process- loved the deposit alternative and flex pay option! The property is beautiful and I’m SO excited to use the pool and dog park this fall!

My kids love the rooms. Ms. Jessica and Mr. Trip I love them. They accommodated with everything that came with my apartment. So grateful for them.

The front office staff at this apartment complex is outstanding. They are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Any time I’ve had questions or needed assistance, they’ve been responsive and courteous, making the whole living experience much easier and more pleasant.
