The Brookside Apartments

I’ve been here since they opened and at first the were on top of everything, but as the years pass they don’t seem to care or try and fix anything! If you’re looking for a place with a year round place to safely take your dog, This is not the place. The do not take care of the park in the winter. So basically you pay pet rent and can not use the park year round.I’ve put in several requests regarding my carpet in my bedroom buckling up and they’ve yet to do anything about it. But they go up every year on your rent.

I have been living here for three years. The quality of the apartment is good, rooms are of good size, no smell despite the close corridor. Maintenance service is good. Very quiet society. Management is very helpful. Being near the residential area you have good space for a walk. The security of the apartment is good.What I like most is that they have extra storage space for each apartment. Plus they have great outdoor space with plenty of seating area with fire pit and barbecue. We love it here.

This is a great place to live. Been living here about a year now, and I have no complaints! It’s in a quiet location but just a short drive to the city. The amenities they have to offer are great. We love to utilize the gas grills and gas fire place. The tenants are quiet and respectful. The staff is amazing. They are always tending to the property to ensure it is clean and keeping up with the landscaping. The apartments themselves have great appliances, hardwood and rug flooring, and a balcony as well. We love it here!

I moved in a couple weeks ago and so far I love living here! The management is super friendly and always answers any of my questions quickly. It feels secure with the security box you have to get through in order to get into the hallway to your unit. I like that the units are blocked off into sections with separate entrances. This helps make it feel more private. Construction is still going on on other parts of the property but noise hasn't been an issue. I have also had no issues with hearing my neighbors talk. I can sometimes hear my neighbors bigger dogs above me running around and their shower on but that is it (this isn't unexpected and I have always heard this at any apartment I've lived in). Have lived here over a year now and have had no complaints. Any issue that does come up, management and/or maintenance promptly responds and takes care of it. Clean common areas, great utilities (playground, gas fire pit, gym), and the nice wooded surroundings makes it feel cozy. Very convenient highway access to I-290 and is located right on Rt. 140. Two gas stations up the street with an awesome pizza place within walking distance and a great Chinese food restaurant up the street.
