Living at The Brooknoore is the best! I like the all-bills-paid because my monthly costs are fixed. The apartment is spacious with gorgeous trees all over the property. Five Mile Creek is just across the street. And I can walk to Starbucks, get my nails done and grab groceries. Plenty of parking. Security guards are always visible. And the management office is quick to fix anything. I'm definitely renewing!

Do not move here. I don’t care if you are desperate, and have no where else to go. For the past year and a half I’ve lived here and after going through 4 different management companies, they still can’t seem to fix the AC. The AC leaks in every APARTMENT, not to mention people have plumbing issues as well. Please go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble. They stated they can not fix the problem due to it being to expensive to change out the ac units in every building.

Great environment to live. Ive lived in Dallas for 25 years and they really cleaned this area up big time. Mrs Jay is a wonderful office manager and she really cares about people. The security and managment are wonderful and i have a very nice, modern and upscale apartment. Thank you Mrs. Jay god bless you, you are wonderful.

I had called looking for an apartment for a 3 bedroom for my family but they didn't have any at Broomoore Iwasdisappointed.Ms Tamika told me about another property courtland. Invited me for a tour .Application was done fast and she showed me 3 nice spacious floors plans and I selected a downstairs unit. I'm excited to move in. It was end of day but she still showed us all that was available to ensure our satisfaction. We look forward to living here.

When I called the person I spoke with was Ms Celeste her personality was phenomenal the energy is an true excellent customer service. I did look at the reviews first because I am a person that listens to the reviews because of her warmness kindness, of her spirit I overlooked the reviews. Very excellent outstanding young lady ... that's the kind of person that will make someone refer someone else to come to the property and view . MANY Blessings Ms Celeste.
