I'm Kenneth. Grew up in Oak Cliff and definitely grew up around roaches and rats and snakes and bees and all of the critters in the country. Thanks for the heads up to all of the ones who gave feedback because people do need to know what there getting into before it happens. It's a chance I'm going to take if any roaches enter my domain. Can't wait to see it on tour.

Cockroach city!!! DONT MOVE HERE THEY HAVE BUG AND ITS SO BAD!! I have informed them so many times and their excuse is that I have to call to have the exterminator come on Mondays. Did that!! And the bug got worse! They don’t care to get you out the lease unless you paying up. My dog got sick and they still don’t care.

I would never go back to this apartment even for FREE. It’s been one year since I moved from this place and I’m VERY glad that I did. Back then, everything about it was poorly BAD. I stayed here for only a year but felt like 10 years, for how terrible the place was. A lot of cockroaches (terrible paste control), unreliable and non responsive maintenance services, rude and mean administrators, poor security (thieves broke into my apartment and stole some of my valuable properties and the lease office did absolutely nothing to help me) and so many other bad things in here. I would never recommend anyone to rent here!

We recently renewed our lease.. going on our second year. We haven't had any major issues. Our AC works great apartment stays cold.. our apartment stays clean but we occasionally get roaches from our nasty neighbors who recently moved out.. now we have young kids who are constantly throwing parties and are always loud living next to us.. have no complaints about the parking because I pay for a reserved spot.. we haven't had to deal with the people in the office that often but when we do they seem pretty nice.. maintenance guy is a really nice guy.. he's very helpful.. overall we've had a good experience.. just wish we had some better neighbors who weren't so loud..

Management is awesome, I moved here from their property in Arlington because its closer to my job and cant beat the price. The manager Marco is super nice and professional, cindy in the office is super helpful and sweet. Stanley and everyone else are awesome. I met one of the security guys and they are super. 20 stars
