The Brooke

Had a great experience touring with The Brooke with Brooke. She was very sweet and so was the rest of the leading staff, Quay was very inviting and kind. I recommend a tour here.

So I just got home from work since Bible study was going to be virtual today and saw an email from my apartment complex talking about surprise 😮 Taco 🌮 Tuesday well being from Cali you know I love me some Mexican food but also free food at that 😉 anyways I decided to come down because they mentioned raffle for a gift card $$$ and free rent via Verizon say what!! Lord knows I could use it right now so sorry to those who missed it. So they had Moe’s for Taco Tuesday beef chicken tacos or nachos with all the works and then we had the games. I never heard of spoons but it sounded like fun so I played and won the first game in connect 4 and lost the last 2 and I did pretty good playing spoons for the first time I think I won 2 games. I was a resident at the Brooke for a year and I must say it was the best experience, it has a welcoming and calm atmosphere. Working with Brooke from my application process and having a great exit experience championed by Quay was absolutely fantastic. I would always recommend Brooke apartment if you’re looking for a family oriented environment and clean space. Also the gate always works which is fantastic

Since the very first day I moved into this apartment complex, I’ve truly enjoyed living here! It’s been a little over a year now and honestly, I don’t have anything bad to say. I actually look forward to coming home — from Food Truck Fridays to pool parties to March Madness events and so much more. They really make it feel like a community and not just a place to live. Recently, I stopped by the leasing office because I was having issues with my key fob and Alexis helped me. When I say she provided top-tier customer service, I mean it! She was super nice and gave real homegirl vibes. She didn’t treat it like it was “just a job.” She walked me through everything and even suggested I come back before closing (30 minutes before, might I add!) just in case the key fob kept giving me problems.

From the moment I toured The Brooke Apartments, I knew this community would be at the top of my list! The property is beautiful, well-kept, and has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The amenities are modern, the layouts are spacious, and everything feels thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. I especially want to highlight Ms. Miller — she was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, gave me a detailed tour, and made sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Her friendly personality and genuine care made a huge difference. Thanks to Ms. Miller, I left my visit feeling confident and excited about making The Brooke Apartments my new home. Definitely a 5-star experience
