The Brigadoon Apartments

Hi, I’ve actually just recently moved here. The lady Amanda in the office. She’s never there in the office. I’ve tried to pay my rent. She will not take my money now. She’s trying to charge me late fees. She came inside my apartment when I was not home at work The places invested with roaches. I do not feel comfortable living here anymore. She’s very unprofessional coming to my job asking me about my rent money embarrassing me in front of my employers why I’m trying to work. I was actually really excited about living here until I moved in and I can’t even sleep without the roaches crawling all over me this place is infested with roaches. I went five days without air conditioner. I called Amanda numerous time. She said there was nothing she could do. She did not get me a window unit until t

Zero stars!! ZERO!! The worst management, customer service & maintenance! ! The lady Amanda is the “manager” and her HUSBAND is the maintenance guy?! No matter how many time we have BEGGED her to be able to talk to the owner and she refuses to give me or my husband the Email or number to contact them. That’s probably because of how poorly they treat the tenants, how portly they run this apartment complex! The roaches are BEYOND! I mean we can’t even eat properly here! The roaches have taken over this WHOLE property! And no matter how many times we have told them, they say “well go buy something to fix it then” Like excuse me?! How dare she! This place is a JOKE just like the management running it!

Been here 5months so far . Normal issue with pests yet they due regularly pest control days. Residents are friendly and staff is adequately friendly and available when needed. Monthly rent is great...

ZERO STARS!!! Unbelievable since June 22 , 2024 our ac has been out NINE times for days at a time. It’s currently out now and has been since last Tuesday. We recd an email saying they’re waiting for parts yet there’s an excuse every time. It’s been 93 degrees today and lots of days without ac it’s been 90-100. Our water is often shut off too. I truly think they can’t pay their “all included” utilities and they’re disconnected at this point because this many times is wild. I’ve gotten hotel rooms numerous times until I run out of money and even slept in my car with my kids overnight a few times with the ac running because we can’t sleep sweating and so hot.
