The Bricks on 13th

After sending documented request for disability accommodation I received no response in anyway at all. I followed up many times in writing and still received no responses. I was evicted and in court the apartment manager simply stated the request was at corporate and they haven't answered yet. I was ultimately evected having never once received a response to my formal request. I have record of every email I sent them and they totally ignored my request. They are legally bound to respond to request for accomodations before eviction. A simple reply to my emails would have satisfied this request. There is a reason they have so many apartments vacant all the time. My entire time living there the fully remodeled unit next door was vacant. I would stay away from this property because they don't

I'm leaving this review solely as an applicant. Miranda was the name of the person who was helping me. From my first call she really went above and beyond to help me. I'm handicap and in a wheelchair. She ran outside and sent me pictures of the few steps and the door so that I could ensure I'd be able to get in and out of the apartment. A few days later she found one coming available for our move in date. This one had no steps and a handicap ramp. So, she really needs to be recognized for her hard work and dedication to helping future tenants. Unfortunately, my application was denied. It shows an outstanding balance to an apartments. We've had no issues so far. Love both Celicia & Jackie, they're both super helpful. We don't have any issues with hearing neighbors. So much closet space!!!! Built in shelving is awesome as well. Good water pressure & nice hot water.

my elderly mother lives at Bricks on 13th and sometimes has trouble navigating repair request or reaching out for help with understanding her account. Maranda Had been OUTSTANDING ! she has provided excellent service with any repair request and helping my mother resolve any questions or issues right away. She has been a true gem and making sure my mother has a wonderful living experience at the Bricks.

Erika and her team are so sweet and helpful! Property neat and spacious floor plans. Definitely would recommend living here if in the temple area.
