The Brelsford Vineyards Apartments

It's rare I stay in an apartment, especially for over 3 years, and face essentially zero issues. Wifi worked, no issues in water pressure, A/C and heating never broke down, no issues from management, no pests, etc. I will note that the apartments were only recently constructed when I moved in, so a big part of the lack of issues may have simply been the fact that everything was new. Time will tell if that stays the same. On top of that, the apartments are located right next to the Columbia river, so I always had a scenic bike commute to where I worked. The apartment itself was also fairly spacious for my needs. Highly recommend to any future tenants.

I have lived here since the first building opened in 2018. I am in one of their 1 bedroom units on the first floor. Maintenance requests have always been handled in a timely and professional way, and the management has always been responsive to any questions I might have (thanks Samantha!) Rent is competitive, and the area is really quiet. It's also close to most of the industry including where I work. It is nice to avoid all the traffic jams when coming home from work, because I'm usually going the other way! Highly recommend any prospective WSU students consider this complex if you're after a calm atmosphere. Also, if you are an engineering major, chances are you will be within walking/biking distance of several employers you might wish to seek internships with.

Best apartment I have lived in following 12 years of experience on the road contracting. Samantha the manager is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Good facilities and design. Carmen the maintenance manager is great and responsive. Overall a fantastic living experience.

Very well-run and well-maintained. Samantha the manager is great as is Carmen in maintenance. I have only had one minor maintenance issue and it was taken care of immediately. And they're always on top of the tumbleweed piles that accumulate in the corners! It is very quiet and clean, proximity to the riverfront trail is nice too.

This place is very quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are all very friendly, which makes it a comfortable and pleasant place to live.
