I will give 1.5 stars because In the beginning the staff was really nice. A few months into living in our apartment we noticed we had a huge rat living in our kitchen. We couldn’t use any of our appliances because it wasn’t sanitary. Finally after the apartment staff trying to catch it for almost two months they moved us apartments across the complex and the staff became really rude. Our new neighbors and my apartment had mice. There are roaches in the laundry area. I wouldn’t even do my laundry in there. My partner and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. We hired movers and professional cleaners to clean our apartment out and leave it in the best possible condition. The apartments are keeping out deposit and charging us money This place is a joke . I am pleasantly delighted with the office staff..very friendly and addressed my concerns by communicating with me how to avoid certain situations from other apartment complexes. The grounds are well kept and the parking lot is clean as well as the apartments. They even smell nice inside and the only time you get rats and spiders is when you don't dust or clean! Lol. Thank you for your service ladies and I hope to live there soon.

This place is not worth your money!! They raise the rent every 6 months. And they only care about your money. They don’t care about your necessities! They try to make this place look appealing but it’s not. There’s cockroaches, rats, spiders. They control how our children play. They can’t be children. They will give out violations and threaten you with kicking you out just because children play with chalk on the sidewalk! They let someone else keep living here for months after that tenant stole my phone from my car with my kids inside. Someone else stole a part from my husband’s car. Another tenant went on a spree breaking windows on different cars including mines. There’s homeless people behind the shed houses ALL the time! And they don’t do anything about it. All they want is their money

Let’s start with the positives: The complex stays fairly clean, and the plants and grass are well kept. It’s obvious they care more about the image of the complex than their paying community, don’t let the pretty flowers fool you. I lived here for a little over 4 years and it was hell. We lived next to crack heads on multiple occasions one tenant right after the other. Constantly made complaints to the office, police and the security guard with no changes. I had to take matters into my own hands once in an attempt to shut down the neighbors fighting outside for everyone to hear about their drugs early morning while I prep breakfast for my family. The office staff constantly did NOTHING and said “Our hands are tied” in this situation. Noise complaints have never been handled accordingly. W

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!! There’s a reason it only has 2 starts. I just moved out on Friday and the first thing I felt the need to do was leave a review. If you’re like me and my roommates, you are broke and desperate to find a place, don’t let them take advantage of you. Everyone who works in the leasing office is rude, unprofessional, and could not care less about your needs/wellbeing. Just in the year living there, we had consistent problems with the leasing office solely based off poor communication. We’d have to wait upwards of weeks before any maintenance requests were filled. For the first few months living there we couldn’t use the back porch because the paint was peeling, they finally fixed it only to have it do the exact same thing. They constantly tell you to look out for mold,
