The Boulevard at Central Station

Kyle was very informative, answering all my questions. He was also very gracious with his time. I didn't have an appointment but he still made time to speak with me and show me the building including a vacant unit. The property was very nice, clean, and well situated. The only question now is if my work situation will match up with unit availability!!

I had a very good experience. The property Manager, Kylie Ball saw me outside, trying to figure out how to get inside, and came to give me assistance. He continued on and gave a a very good tour to his office for details of my interest and then onto the apartment. He was very well informed and answered all my questions. We continued the tour down to all of the amenities of the building downstairs. I was very satisfied with my building tour.

Really liked everything I saw. The little coffee shop was inviting. I liked the idea of having the washer and dryer in the apartment. Nice and cozy looking.

The neighbors are polite and helpful. The manager shows concern for the residents. I am handicapped and he always assists me in any way he can. The maintenance problems are quickly taken care of.

I thought the property was just OK, and nothing special at all; and it would not be a first or second choice for me personally as a place of residence. There was no designated parking for tenants, parking is uncovered, and outside. The units all seemed very small, and the appliances seemed lackluster and more of an afterthought.
